We love to see when a church has a design team that is awesome!  At MonkDev we work with a lot of churches whose internal team does their web design.  In an effort to celebrate them, here are a few of our favorite self-designed church websites we've worked with recently:  

Covenant Fellowship Church (http://www.covfel.org/)

The team at Covenant Fellowship left no stone un-turned.  We love how each graphic element seems like time was spent pursuing excellence on it's design.  Gorgeous hero graphics, mega-menus that get you to where you need to go and excellent header graphics for sub-items make visiting this site a pleasure.  Don't forget to see their sermon & event pages, which boast visually rich headers to create helpful markers of where you are.  A great design!

Resonate (http://www.resonatemovement.org/)

Love the clean simple design of this website. The big buttons/content areas under the hero rotator gives people the information they need or puts it one click away. Well layed out design balances the right information without overcrowding the design.

Highrock (http://www.highrock.org/)

We love that the Highrock team is able to give each of their multisites it's own brand/identify. Highrock really communicates the value of their people, and this gives the site a real sense of personality and priority!  See their next design below:

Sunhills Church (http://www.sunhills.org/)

Another well spaced layout that quickly connects people to the content that matters most and that are aligned with their ministry goals. For example, the big "I AM NEW HERE" graphic directs new people to the information they need, or regulars can click the quick link to volunteer or join a small group.

Kings Harbor Church (http://www.kingsharbor.org/)

We're actively working with Kings Harbor on the build of this site. Incredible layouts, clean open feel and information architecture throughout the site. So simple yet throughout the site is elegant design. Great work on this!

Create your own Church Design
