We are excited to announce Monk Development made the Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Private Companies list this year.  Sure, we think the plaque will look good on our wall and of course it is an honor to be recognized by outside organizations for our hard work. But, none of that means anything.  What absolutely excites us is our passion to live out our values and deliver on the promise we’ve made our customers.  

You see, at MonkDev we genuinely believe that our people, products, and processes can radically impact the church.  And that our thought leadership, services and our applications empower our customers by helping them make better decisions, facilitate the sharing of their message and execute on their mission.  

So what does this award mean to us and why is it a win for churches?  

Well, our passion and our mission is contingent on us developing best-in-class tools and reinvesting in our customers, products, and team now and well into the future.  Experience has taught that a growing, profitable and a well run company affords us this opportunity by creating time and space to live out our values and execute on our mission. For us, it is never about money or the bottom line; but rather about running a company well and reinvesting in the most talented individuals who share our values and passion for the church and giving them the tools they need.  It is about overcoming barriers to growth and strategically executing on our calling to deliver results.  It is about funding research, sharing our knowledge, being a central hub of information, and collaborating with the market we care so much about.

And if that were not exciting enough, we can’t help but recognize that our year-over-year growth is a result of our customers (with no shortage of alternative options) casting their vote and choosing to work with our team and products.  This, of course, is a great honor and privilege to serve these customers.  We seek to lead, build on, and reinvest in our mutual and continued success.

In the end, God gets all the glory.  We are simply a group of guys and gals who love our customers, believe in their purpose and have been truly blessed to apply our knowledge, training and skill to help them accomplish their online mission.  At MonkDev this is more than a tagline.  It is why we do what we do.  It is most definitely what we want to continue doing.
